Castle Cake

My sister and I have gotten into cake decorating and friendly competitions between us during the holidays. We made this cake for my daughter's 2nd birthday. It was very easy, we followed a kit made by Wilton. Only took a few hours in prep work the week prior and about 1 1/2 hours the morning of to assemble and detail everything.
